Business and Government have always been linked with one another. Most people pretend as if the institutions are somehow separate or should be separate (private vs.public sector). Hopefully this blog will both identify and elucidate the interaction between the two. Business increasing devotes time, money, and energy to developing and implementing strategy to use government to create and protect competitive advantage unrelated to any advantage created in the classical marketplace. Government increasing finds it necessary to protect against market failures and rely on the product of economic activity to maintain the activity of government.
